1. Service Satisfaction
We strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns promptly.
2. Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued at the discretion of management and may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services are non-refundable once performed due to their nature (e.g., completed lash extensions or brow treatments).
3. Exchanges
- Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges for services may be considered in cases where a different service or treatment is more suitable or desired.
- Approval: All exchanges are subject to approval by management and must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the provision of additional services.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid service.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened service time, but full payment is still required.
